I’m ready to start building an MVP, launch a huge media event, and make billions while never delivering a goddamn thing.

They don’t own it, but they’re heavily invested in it. I don’t know what percentage their $10bn investment gave them but I don’t think they have control over OpenAI. I’m sure they have a very loud voice in the room though.

That's how everyone I know has responded to it--even smart people. There's only a few who look at me with that shell shocked "how long until this is good enough to take over" look that I have when I use it.
I mean... it's not there yet, but we have no idea how long it's going to take from here. Months? Years? I'm hoping years. I would like years to be the answer.

If death rays were feasible, we'd have them or already do have them. This has to do with powering up the death ray anywhere in Earth's gravitational sphere of influence at a moment's notice.

That part sounds awesome, but I’ve heard of motion sickness and headaches being a real issue, limiting the amount of time you could actually use a VR headset.
For some people it’s a few minutes, for some it’s a couple of hours. I don’t know if there’s a fix for that, or if it’s just what happens when you take over an entire sense without bringing the others along.
