Sunbeam where it burnt me bed to a crisp. Don’t do it. Sunbeam is cheap electronic garbage. There is a reason you don’t see name brands making this. The liability is huge and you are fucked if it shorts out.

I was almost killed with a heated mattress pad as a kid. Don’t use electric at all in your bed.
