This is the closest advice i could find on Google:

>If you don’t have an existing policy, you should get quotes prior to purchasing your car. Even without a specific vehicle identification number (VIN), you can give your personal information to an insurance agent and then officially activate your policy once you know the car’s details. However, if you’re buying the car on the weekend when most insurance offices are closed, you will have to either wait to drive your new car or purchase the policy online while you’re at the dealership.

Most places seem to think you already have a preexisting insurance and are simply adding an additional car, but if I understand you it is more of a chicken-and-egg, which do you get FIRST if you have neither.

I have heard of Carvana but never dealt with them -- are you supposed to travel to another town/city to pick up the vehicle, or do they deliver the vehicle to your area? If there is an option for either, is having them deliver to your driveway very expensive? Because then it could sit there while you do the final insurance details.

yeah maybe just maybe they were.

edit: well, actually:

https://www.cbsnews.com/pittsburgh/news/butler-county-penn-township-house-fire-renfrew-three-degree-road-smoky-porch/

>"The Butler County 911 Center received a call for a porch on fire. It was a two-story log cabin. When units arrived, it was pretty much fully involved. I know there were six occupants in the house," said Cpl. Jack D. Ripper with the Penn Township Police Department.

and then:

Longtime police officer eyes district judge post in Butler County https://triblive.com/local/valley-news-dispatch/longtime-police-officer-eyes-district-judge-post-in-butler-county/

>Butler County native and longtime Penn Township police Officer Jack D. Ripper announced his candidacy Wednesday for district judge in Southeastern Magisterial District 50-3-03. The position is being vacated by District Judge Sue Haggarty, who recently announced her retirement

And it is not all recent! This one dates to 2017:

He is also listed in online white pages as a butler area resident.

So ... Maybe not!!!

I think maybe he even seems to relish that middle initial, heh.

Most of the recent sources are clickbait right wing sources jumping on the Fox bandwagon.

Not sure if this applies, but New York Times included this teacher in an article on nationally recognized sex education a year ago:

>Al Vernacchio has worked as the sexuality education coordinator at Friends’ Central School in Wynnewood, Pa., for 24 years. Messaging about sexuality comes from television, from Instagram and TikTok, from OnlyFans, from YouTube, from advertisements, he said. “Young people need to have the ability to critically examine those messages and to think about their own values and to make decisions about which of those messages they feel are really beneficial and which they want to question,” he said.

This is at a nationally recognized PRIVATE Quaker school that costs about $50k a year to attend, not some local public kindergarten.

This is what the guy was hired to teach. Are they going to start telling private schools what they can teach now too?

"Graphic penis and vulva pictures" are just high octane words for basic human anatomy illustrations -- they are allowed to teach sex ed as long as they never show what a (gasp) penis actually looks like?

Yeah I am seeing that also now that I look deeper?

This page also seems to say 16 but above I cited a link saying 15.

You might need to call the DMV and ask why there are these two conflicting ages.

Elsewhere, I found this:

>You must be at least 16 years old to apply for a learner's permit in Pennsylvania, but you can start fulfilling the physical exam and other pre-appointment requirements as early as 15 ½ (source)

It seems to agree though just turning 15 by itself won't do it. Six months after turning 15, you can start doing some eligibility requirements but no permit till 16, from what I read...

Please note that the website that did say 15, was NOT an official state DMV site. Just a unofficial web page, which really ANYONE can make and factual accuracy doesn't matter, shrug.

So someone random made a page collecting each state's info -- and they got Pennsylvania's info wrong. Then probably other sites copied that wrong info. Only the official PA state gov pages should be trusted.

And also:

"When you are 16 years of age or older, please complete the following steps in order to get your non-commercial learner's permit. You cannot apply for your permit before your 16th birthday."

I am confused of course why it says 'the physical examination date may not be more than six months prior to your 16th birthday' as well as 'You cannot apply for your (non-commercial learner's permit) before your 16th birthday' (???)

Then there is also this:

https://driversed.com/dmv/pennsylvania/gdl/

>Learners permits are issued to applicants who are at least 15 years of age and have successfully completed a written knowledge examination. The permit holder is allowed to drive under the supervision of a licensed driver who is at least 21 years old.

So confusing to me all around, to be frank.

Another article refer to the older couple as "ministers" and that they asked the grown daughter to do it. Another said the daughter posted online a video with religious references and extreme views.

>CBS 21's Jessica Babb spoke with neighbors whose daughter called 911 after they say they could see tarps in the back where the bodies were.

>The neighbors said the Daubs' were religious, which is something than can be seen in a video Morgan Daub posted online.

>In the video, Morgan says "Hello everyone, Morgan Elizabeth Daub here from York, Pennsylvania."

>A neighbor confirmed to CBS 21's Babb that is was Morgan Daub in the video. In it, she expresses some of her religious, and at times, extreme viewpoints.

>One video was posted two days ago.

From another article:

>Neighbors told WHP-TV that the family had recently moved into the home and that they mostly kept to themselves.

>WHP reported that a person identifying herself as Morgan Daub posted a bizarre video on social media expressing extreme views. A neighbor confirmed that the woman in the video looked like her deceased neighbor.

>Daub says in the video that she is abdicating the throne of England and refused to be crowned the queen. A second video published from the same account on Tuesday read simply, "Follow me as I follow Christ." A third video accused former President Donald Trump of spying on her and her family.

Was there any indication of what made it a "pact", as opposed to the standard family murder-suicide where one family member just decides to kill everyone else?

edit: got the following from a different publication, should have been included here:

>The coroner reported after a detailed investigation and evidence that was found at the scene, which included communications from the family members, it was determined that all three family members had pre-planned their deaths.
