Believe it or not most jewelers will have options for you. My wife and I went to the mall in Towson and they had vintage pieces at like 4 different jewelers. You can also try lakeins on Harford Rd in Hamilton, they're awesome

I wouldn't make that neighborhood my first apartment in Baltimore depending on where you're moving from and what you're used to
