then you probably know there won't be much for your price range unless it needs renovated or its a bit out in the country.

Plenty of $60k houses in Harrisburg the city that need $30k worth of work. You can find an old row home for 80k but it'll probably have the interior of 1980.

Pittsburgh is cold and receives more snowfall than Harrisburg, so if you like snow

Only driven in PA for about 12 years but doing a lot of delivery driving. Winter tires are great but a decent pair of all seasons will get you out of most situations, the issue is people try to drive with all seasons which already have like 60k miles on them and are through 70% of their tread. My wheels slip on just wet roads around turns when the tread is getting low.

Don't know if you're referring to drones in PA have to FAA registered, but only drones over 0.55 lbs or used for commercial activities have to be registered with the FAA in most places. This would make the popular DJI Mini and Mini 2 exempt from registration.

If the guy really is using it to peek into windows, that's gross, but I'm also wondering if there is a logical explanation to this, one could have just asked him, people do tend to hate drones.

You can have all of this, in Harrisburg, PA!

Edit: Oh wait

Metro area with higher numbers of young people and opportunities to make friends.

Harrisburg with a lack of Universities in the immediate area and a high retiree count would make the Harrisburg area older on average.

Somewhere less than an average annual 25 inches of snow.

Usually less, but very possibly more.

You're technically under month to month however check your lease to make sure it doesn't require a 60 day notice. Even month to month you may be required to give 60 days. Meaning if you want to move out this month, you should have said something 6 weeks ago.

I am also month to month and my lease says I have to give 60 days, despite it technically being up
