Camden would have the same look and feel of Gotham as Newark and be much more authentic. plus it would be great for the city.

If its strictly Physiscs, then go with Rutgers. NJIT is more for Engineering. Believe it or not, we had to go across the street to Rutgers Newark for our Physics classes.

I mentioned those plants specifically because you can simply grow them in your garden legally like tomatoes, basil, and sunflower; however, you cannot grow cannabis in your garden. Growing those plants gives you the raw materials to make illegal or mind altering substances.
your analogy that gardening is to cannabis like chemistry is to methamphetamine in a legal sense does not hold water.

it is completely legal to grow Slavia, Poppy, Tobacco, any grain or fruit to be fermented and distilled, yet you cannot grow cannabis.
your snarky little statement is not relevant to this discussion.

You don't have to call the cops or leave your car at the accident.
In fact, you should just get the other drivers info, call your insurance and their insurance, then move along with your day.
The cop was probably just annoyed with you for being that typical karen who calls the cops and starts crying about a literal accident.
He probably condescendingly said, "well you moved from the scene too, so I have no way of knowing what happened and who was at fault"
