Short terms several smaller towns hire per diem EMT’s, someone above mentioned Scituate and i believe Glocester also hires basics in the $20 an hour range and it seems they are always looking.

If your planning on living here ling term getting on a Union Paid FD is becoming easier due to no one applying. You will be required to become ALS licensed by most cities and towns before hand or maybe shortly after hire but if this is the kind of living you want to make you can easily make 100k a year after a few years on the job. I would get on a per diem EMS job to start and you can probably get them to pay for a cardiac license while you work there. Good luck.

Its a cheap winter getaway. You can fly to several airports in Florida from TF green for under $100 and in less then three hours. Anywhere else with palm trees is far more expensive and difficult to get to.

I understand that adding more and more lanes to a busy highway does not help congestion, but three is really required for proper lane usage and truly having a lane only designated for passing.

I am no left lane camper, but we have mostly 2 lane over congested highways. A third lane is really needed to keep the left completely clear except for passing and thats not happening.

Not the same thing, but Lucky Dog in North Smithfield has the best buffalo wings I have come across. The place is boujie busy and kinda pricy but those wings were unreal. I mean all the food is really good there and you can tell they take pride in what they do.

Younger crowd for sure, but they have pretty good wings and if you stick to specials or domestics they can be pretty cheap. 7/10

Also, another problem with the mental health professionals is even when they are in place they would not be on call for a Holliday weekend and would just call police and fire anyway.

Sometimes even though Emergency services are not well equipped to deal with mental illness they are the only ones who are going to show up when called.
