Yohimbine and several other a2 antagonists reverse it, but not nearly as well as narcan does for opiates (no sudden reversal like narcan, it can take up to 20 minutes to take wake up an animal patient after administration, if it's not too late), and it's not something regularly kept in any med kit outside of vet med, and only there when xylazine is used (typically purchased when the xylazine is purchased, and never at any other point). Also, the safety margin for xylazine is REALLY small.

He's been going after religious institution sexual predators his entire career as attorney general. This is not a stunt or election move, he is doing what the state attorney general is supposed to do (though previous AGs lacked the guts to take it on beyond vague motions).
