Turn your thermostat down to 62 at night

It could be as simple as storing everything chatGPT creates into a searchable database to detect if it was created by the AI.

I mean even if they do their liability insurance will still be on the hook. It really only serves to protect the business owners and if they didn't do anything fraudulent then you can't pierce the veil and go after them anyway

Strictly speaking as soon as lawyers are involved the construction companies insurance will get legally involved and start making legitimate settlement offers many of which will likely cover the damage plus lawyer fees.

That's nice, I mean the law doesn't specify weather conditions and honestly it sounds like op just had a thermostat problem which is easily fixable

They absolutely have a right to heat, but they also have to have a reasonable amount of time to get shit fixed you can't immediately start escrow or something. Given the holiday, it's going to be tough to get someone out for a repair.

And do not use surge protectors or extension cords with space heaters, you'll start a fire.

And that's a big issue why? It's still not a good reason to bash the system. It's not like you need it immediately since they keep moving the date back for flying, additionally it's not like you don't get any paperwork to show you have a valid driver's licence while you wait.

You can go to any of them but it will be mailed to you.

I've never heard about only getting it at one location. I went to my local penndot in north west Philly and got it no problem. Keep in mind, it has to be mailed to you regardless of where to go.

And this is why guns should be banned and/or why it should be incredibly difficult to obtain them. When someone has access to guns domestic violence has an incredibly high chance to end in someone being shot.

I have forced air but it's definitely much cheaper to let it go down to 62 at night and come up to 68 again in the morning.
I believe PGW will also give similar advice
You can also call PGW and have them do average billing for you to spread the cost across the whole year keeps your bill mostly flat. Pay more in summer than you currently do but less in winter to make budgeting easier.
