If I’m going a reasonable speed and someone is failing me in the left lane, I move to the right lane and let them pass so I don’t get injured from whatever it is they’re doing.

We have to stop trying to do things that control others just because “we are right” ‘oughts’ and ‘should’ get you killed on the road when others aren’t doing what the ought and should. Just let ‘em go

Did European countries see a similar dip?

Many of the items you described were also problems before the pandemic, so it doesn’t exactly explain the dip. It would be curious to find if other countries saw a dip as well, or the size of their dip.

The article does attribute the dip to drug overdoses and Covid, mainly.

Actually? Imo, Not really. I’ll bet the 20 hour course better prepares you for subbing than 60 credit hours in college.

I say that as a certified teacher, administrator, and former sub. There probably should be some regulation not allowing someone without a formal education to be a long term sub, but filling in day to day and following instructions left by the teacher? Not too bad. What subs really need more of is classroom management training and they receive that through the course, but not through their collegiate education.

Libraries are great. Librarians will help you register. You can also register when you update your license if you’ve moved. That makes it easy if you move a lot. Two birds one stone. And now you also have to show ID to vote soooo your registration and ID need to match anyway. Though there might be some other documents you can use. Not sure about that.

You can also register online. Don’t get discouraged. Bureaucracy can be discouraging, but there’s often a reason for every hurdle. Some of them stupid, some aren’t but they seem like it.

Register online here: here

It shows that a man is willing to go through a procedure in order to prevent her from having an unwanted pregnancy, one that she will be forced to carry to term. That said, it’s really only respecting bodies if you know you won’t want a baby in the future.

If you get a vasectomy to show a girl you respect her body regardless of your own wishes, that could be “simpy”. Though that term is stupid in its own right.
