If your tws support ldac you will have to tell Android to use it. Each flavor has its own verbage for it. Some actually say ldac others say higher quality over connection. Look in the Bluetooth settings to select this. Android only though. I think Apple only supports aac.

Awesome! Thanks for the info. I was thinking of going the way of the lambskin too. Sounds like Zach's measurements were pretty indicative of the real world experience. I'll give em a try. Again I really appreciate the real world feedback. Have a happy holiday!

it's definitely a much bigger jump than I was expecting! Not sure what kind of magic they are bottling but it's pretty nice. Could just be my expectations were so low that any improvement was a major wow! Was running a 789 prior to the burson. I wouldn't get the Burson for the clears though. I still run my clears on my xduoo ta-26. The clears love tubes. Heard the Rebel is a great solid state amp to pair with em. A bit warmer and more tube like. Got my Burson open box so round 700 ish.. worth it and then some. I use my open alphas on it as well as my hd800s. The clears I run on it from time to time but mainly they stick to tubes.

Great cans! I have bought many since I got my Sundaras but I still throw them on every once in a while and go "Wow!". They are magic in a bottle to be sure. Enjoy all your music all over again! Happy Holidays!

I tried some cheapo but similar pads.... Man it killed the staging and made them way too dark IMO. Curious about ZMFs version though. They seem a bit thinner so probably stay closer to that original sound. Glad you got good sound out of the Dekonis. May have to give them a try at some point. Honestly though If I want more bass I just put on my Open Alphas. They scratch that itch like no other! And I typically don't like bass... But I like the Open Alphas!!!

Ditto. Mine has been super solid. Little bass heavy but great amp over all! Though recently bought a Burson Soloist 3x thinking "Gonna be diminishing returns..." and immediately after hearing it thought "Must listen to all my music for the first time... Again..." Simply shocked at the level of sound some of my cans are capable of. Especially the Open Alphas I made. Didn't expect them to hold up to and IMO trounce HD800S and OG Clears....

Never had 600s but IMO this is a subjective thing. Had absolutely cheap amazon pads that positively affected my 6XXs. Note had to mod to fit of course. Definitely should watch videos about pad swapping on those specific cans and how different materials lean when it comes to FR. Find something that leans the way you personally want the sound to go. As u/Hdjekso says ZMF makes Fantastic pads and while I haven't used them on the sennis I do have the perforated lambskin universe on my Open Alphas. They are great pads for those cans. Good luck in your hunt. To me the pad swap journey is the fun part. Though you can drop a lot of dough on pads if you aren't careful.
