In my experience the buffet at hoss was never as extensive. Mostly just soup and salad like eat n park

I think OP wasn't looking for Hardees specifically, they were just saying that Hardees and Carl's Jr are basically the same place with different names. So they want a Whataburger under another name, if there were such a thing.

I haven't been there since before COVID, but I always liked the buffet at the Mills Mall. Price was decent, and food selection not huge but tasty. And they had a Mongolian bbq
