It was this one https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kawasaki_Ki-45

full description of the event: > > On 10 May 1945 over Okinawa, Marine First Lieutenant Robert R. Klingman and three other pilots of VMF-312 climbed to intercept an aircraft they identified as a Kawasaki Ki-45 Toryu ("Nick") twin-engined heavy fighter flying reconnaissance at 25,000 feet (7,600 m), but the "Nick" began climbing higher. Two of the FG-1D Corsairs ceased their pursuit at 36,000 feet (11,000 m), but Marine Captain Kenneth Reusser and his wingman Klingman continued to 38,000 feet (12,000 m), expending most of their .50 caliber ammunition to lighten their aircraft. Reusser scored hits on the "Nick's" port engine, but ran out of ammunition, and was under fire from the Japanese rear gunner. Klingman lined up for a shot at a distance of 50 feet (15 m) when his guns jammed due to the extreme cold. He approached the "Nick" three times to damage it with his propeller, chopping away at his opponent's rudder, rear cockpit, and right stabilizer. The Toryu spun down to 15,000 feet (4,600 m) where its wings came off. Despite missing five inches (13 cm) from the ends of his propeller blades, running out of fuel and having an aircraft dented and punctured by debris and bullets, Klingman safely guided his Corsair to a deadstick landing.[47] He was awarded the Navy Cross.[48]

Hmm so I really loved the food there but I had an insanely terrible interaction with the management there once.

I went there with a friend for dinner and drinks, tipped like 20% on a $55ish bill so like 12 or 13 bucks or something. I'm in my 20s and poor but payday is coming up and I know exactly how much I'm spending the next week so no big deal. Two days later I'm looking at my bank account and it's way lower than I thought it'd be. I've got a charge from Atwood's for almost $200. Turns out the server entered the tip with an extra digit so it was like a $112 tip instead of $12. I call the restaurant and ask them to change/void the charge and the guy I talk to on the phone starts getting really pissy about it, saying it's a big hassle with the credit card company and can he just give me the difference in an Atwoods gift certificate. Holy fucking shit I got so angry I just stopped talking for a second and told them tough luck, do the charge change. Stopped going there as often after that.

I'm curious what you're going to do with it, especially if it's gonna be used for props/set construction and then not properly recycled afterwards

yeah the law school isn't very cafeteria-y though I guess? I remember it was open to the public pre-pandemic and took cash/cc. IDK you can get into the law school student center without a swipe anymore though, I believe harvard policy is still affiliates only in the buildings, but if you're like a contractor/construction guy on campus for something and go to one of the cash places they have (something that isn't specifically a student/faculty dining hall) no one cares.

High cost area means that the shop also has high costs on rent or property taxes and utilities.

I'm pro union but the people doing the asking on their behalf were absolute idiots about how they went about this thing

Lmao no, this is because workers wanted $30/hr and healthcare with NO COPAY (something practically no one in thr state has) for working at a fucking sandwich shop. How tf is the store supposed to stay profitable with that? Why would the elderly owners suddenly want to deal with triple the paperwork and bureaucracy?
