I'm sure you can set up your own thing! We just go only once a year because students aren't available on school days / when their parents are working and it's a bit of a project for me to arrange these events.

I teach violin/cello/orchestra and am bringing students to Alaris Health near Hamilton Park this Sat. We go every Dec, except 2020, and used to bring a keyboard (last year and this year only strings) because they have us play on the 3rd floor and the piano there is TERRIBLE. PM and I can connect you with the recreation director.

Harrison PATH to WTC is direct whereas PATH to 33rd St PATH requires a transfer at JSQ, then when you get off at 33rd and 6th Ave, it's still subway or else walk to 59th and Lex. 40-45(?) minutes is a bit long for a winter walk for me although it could be nice to have the option.

I think the Pac-Man collaboration is over and it's Tetris now. They change the brand partner every so often and in recent years have had Hello Kitty and Demon Slayer, among others.

I just tried it on my phone and had to turn it to landscape in order to access a dropdown titled "Menu" and get to the options for Home and Cart. (Without turning to landscape, the dropdown is blocked by other text and I couldn't open it at all.)

Once it returns to the original screen, do you have Home and Cart (1) large icons in the upper right? Your shopping cart now contains one item but you have to click that to get to it. I know that's not the typical behavior exhibited by online retailers.

Reply to Landlord raise rent by 20%, citing property tax increase. How bad is the tax increase really? by a_teletubby
Calendar year 2021 to 2022: 32% increase
Note that if comparing quarters, Q1 and Q2 decreased by peanuts (a few dollars). The lion's share comes in Q3 and Q4 because of increased city (or school or whatever) budgets established in the summer and fall that have to make up for the low estimates from earlier quarters.
Also, home insurance went up 9%. For water, I have to look back longer to spread the new solid waste charge over a more reasonable period of time. Last 6 quarters of billing compared to the 6 quarters before that: 87% increase. Your landlord certainly will pass on the "per unit per month" solid waste charge regardless if as a line-item or as a part of overall rent.

Reply to Best baker for gluten free options in the heights? by joesap9
I'm a licensed cottage food operator (home baker) and specialize in macarons, which are inherently gluten free (although my kitchen is not gluten free - I still make wheat-based products). I have small quantities available for pick up by appointment near JSQ/Five Corners and can also do custom orders.
