Don't do chores for money? There's absolutely no point if your parents just give your money away. They are both just awful people. I'm sorry.

Jumping in a day late, but decommissioned just means no longer in use. If done properly, there should be a certicate of approval at the township. If not, I would ask the seller to remove. I disagree with any comment that you can't get financing. Lenders evaluate your financial ability to pay the loan and expect you to look out for yourself as far as any risk of financial hardship, such as environmental cleanup for a leaking tank.

Change "out of towners" to "people," and I agree with you.

Best of times, worst of times: my so graduated college; we had to say goodbye to the dog he grew up with. Life is like that.

The last time I went, fog accompanied the drizzle. We saw the glow of some of the fireworks. I'm too old for that now. I enjoy 4th of July fireworks when the sun sets so over by 9-9:15.

Yep, keep it safe. It is a pain in the behind to replace a lost title.

I really liked the light displays especially "tis the SEAson" which has lots of sea creatures and tons of jellyfish in the trees. I did not find adult beverages other than spiced warm cider, and none of us bought food because we had reservations at City Tap House. We took a bit over an hour to walk through. It was a good time for 4 older adults and two 22 year olds.

This is Abbott in Texas. DeSantis is just a copycat nutjob who used Florida money to transport immigrants from Texas to Massachusetts. If the people on the buses qualify for TPS, there are certainly better opportunities for them outside of Texas.

Case makes ShopRite- it's common for a known brand to just switch over to a store brand or generic. They are definitely made in the same place near Trenton. Someone I know very well got a tour of the plant (and a 6 lb log of pork roll) as a vendor who kept their trucks on the road. I hope I'm not giving away confidential or proprietary info, but I probably buy enough ShopRite pork roll to boost Case profits.

I see the address as 3025 Walnut? It says at U of PA, but that's also just about Drexel's campus, right? Anyway, it's probably one of the safest parts of the city with young people out late and campus police for both schools along with Philly's finest. I'm not being sarcastic about Philly police; who wouldn't want to be on patrol in a safe neighborhood?

I live near Parx. There were so many stories about kids being left in the car while adults gambled when my son was in elementary school. He's 22, and we still tell him we're leaving him in the car while we gamble every time we drive by. Just our running joke. It became funnier when he got old enough to say, "No problem, I'll walk."
