His left side ear - Looks like a pig ear dog treat. And they seem translucent. Very magical ears.

cool. I shop there once a month but haven't seen much of Brunswick except the commercial areas. No ocean, no mountains so I wonder why it's very popular.

No, waterfront home for only $4500 in tax is awesome. I have a small home without driveway or garage in Columbus, OH and taxes are 6K.

outboards? I wonder what the battery would cost to produce all of that torque for 10 hours. Boats are heavy with lots of friction.

Location would be helpful because counties have different programs. KVCAP in Kennebec helps people like him.

Any chance there's a device that can track how water is getting into a home? I can't figure it out!

I had to dig a trench around my log home like a medieval moat to collect the water and send it away. The results have been great.

When my heat pump runs (Summer or Winter) the big register on the floor('return air') sucks in air, filters it, conditions it and then sends it back through the vents. If not sucked out then it's sucked down into the basement and comes back nice and cool!

Thanks. I still use the HP for heat in May and October! Shoulder months is a great reason to have a heat pump. Winter I prefer the wood stove for better hotter heat.

I need to see if I have that option. The article said something about people using a heat pump in the Summer would not benefit from this program. I thought to myself, who in Southern Maine would buy a heat pump and not use it in the Summer? It's been really hot!

Anyone in southern Maine with a heat pump not use it for air conditioning in July? That's half the reason I got a heat pump. Suck out that humid air.
