It seems to be skewed exclusively towards New Haven County.

$15/hr is not a living wage. Maybe if you live at your parent's house and it's a part time wage for a kid in tech school or high school, but there is no way that a person can pay rent, afford a vehicle and insurance, pay for the bare minimum of healthcare, and provide themselves with food in this state, or any other. The system is broken.

When it's cold, you can always put on more, or better layers. When it's hot and humid, you are screwed.

I've lived here for most of my 52 years, and I thrive on October through February. Late April/early May can be nice too. I hate,hate,hate summer here. Maybe it's because I work outside all year round. But, then again, everybody's different.

Hah! I remember when Huskies was the b list bar for just the cheesy kids and all the real people were down at Ted's. This was a long time ago and I have no idea what things are like up in Storrs these days. Paying to jump in a line sounds like disneytopia though.
