Ours went up 44% at 70 greene and we moved. Worst part is I spoke to the new tenant and he said when he applied there was no increase- so he’s paying what we were paying before they increased it 44% and we had to move … smh

I had an issue with my uemployment claim, called his office and he got me in touch with the state assemblyman! Incredibly kind team that supports him.

Yeah last year at my old building we did the same for everyone but it feels like it would be nicer to tip a little more for people we interact with daily ! Thanks for your input !
