Try somewhere where there’s an agent in a booth selling. I can’t remember if anywhere in JC has them because I’ve never needed one, so you might have to do it in the city at a subway stop.

Yeah, telehealth, which you have to pay for, even when a telehealth appointment can't resolve your problem. I've also had (and paid for) telehealth appointments only for them to have misled me about appointment availability, and I had to go to urgent care instead.

I think the brush-off I received there was due to some anti-fat bias, so I'm sure ymmv.

I caution against Vanguard Medical Group. The downtown location is so convenient, but my PCP there brushed off several issues I brought up. I then went to a specialist on my own and got to the root cause and am finally getting treatment. They also have some pretty terrible policies around forced video visits.

Mine usually provides a list and has a box in the lobby for cards. I tip everyone, but more for the people I interact with regularly.

Spa Nature was my go-to but I’ve been liking Sophie’s Nails on Marin and Bay lately (only prefer over Spa Nature because it’s a shorter walk for me and they have dip powder)

Fellow petite woman here. I went to a concert at MSG the other week with all NYC-resident friends, so I took the PATH back solo and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Train was busy with other concert goers and sports fans.
