Lived in back bay about 13 years ago. Cheers on the flat of beacon (originally bull and finch) was the biggest tourist destination for many years. And was avoided like the plague by locals. But when I was there cheers (the show) had been done since early nineties. Used to go there all the time at night! No crowds, a few locals, ok food!

Well, those areas are a different story and no offense, but lots of people in those places fuck over their landlords. You also got to remember that in MA it’s VERY difficult to evict someone so landlords need to be even more cautious. I agree with others that a co signed lease is the way to go

Well, you could say that about overweight people or people that don’t exercise or anyone who drives a car. Once you eliminate smokers people will be on to the next group until we are all just eating the same thing and taking no risks.

I grew up on drinking quabbin and have drank NYC for 10 years. They are both amazing. I drink NYC water now without any filter all day. Better than plastic bottles for sure. But use a filter if it makes u feel better
