“Is it cause I’m always buying cheap shit”……yes. 10000% yes. Not sure why you would think otherwise. Basic stuff here. Of course the better stuff is expensive, and obviously black market stuff is going to be cheaper and better. Are you even old enough to buy weed?? This is basic

It’s just directly across from the main entrance and has posted signs. Behind the building is a paid lot you can use too. Or Cambridge residents parking close and meter parking out front too. Or the T station

I like planet fitness. I have black membership so can go to any of them. It’s got all the basics. Cambridge one has free parking too

Yes on the assessors website. I believe this kicks in if you sign up and after being there for a year? Anyone know if this is true? It’s also only for owner occupied

Waltham or Watertown perhaps. Yes hopkinton is pretty rural but could take commuter rail there (I think!) and maybe a short Uber ride to work? Idk, tough area did Ubers too maybe. Though I’m just spitballing here I don’t live there

In Mass these homes are all over the place. “Historical” is irrelevant with the construction. If you get someone who has experience and been an inspector for some years I’d feel pretty good. I like the old homes, if they are still kicking it means it’s unlikely to fall down now usually haha

Any home inspector in Mass deals with historical homes. Get a good referral from your realtor or friends or Google is a good help too. Hopefully some on here have some recs, unfortunately I am too far east I don’t think my recommendations would want to go out that far

Mulan for Taiwanese foods. I like India Pavilion, though I haven’t found a favorite in Cambridge yet. Shanty is my gf’s favorite, but I like Anmol in Beverly, it’s just too far from the city

Make sure water is always drained away from the house/foundation, you can run a dehumidifier in basement, and sometimes recommended to open some windows down there in the winter depending on your basement.
