If you start from an inside left corner.. you should be able to go 16” (on center) and make a little pencil mark and go from there.

Say you take out a mortgage or home loan for $500,000
After ten years you have paid off $100,000 of that mortgage loan.
You now have $100,000 in equity. It’s essentially monies paid back versus your loan.
I think..

Yeah it’s hilarious watching some archaic politician talk about privacy like that’s the issue.. but only attacking one Chinese company and not the thousands here, some run by the govt themselves.
Do as I say not as I do.

The $1500 flagships do yes..
But.. they are Sony-centric in the fact that the market for those are mainly content creators in Japan that already use Sonys high end cameras.
I still remember my Xperia Z2 had 4K ahead of like anyone else and a build quality I didn’t see again til buying an iPhone. They make absolutely beautiful and wel designed phones. But.. much like apple you aren’t getting the full experience unless you have a bunch of their other products. And with Sony.. they just don’t have that loyal a fan base like apple. Apple is synonymous with luxury so even non-tech people want it cause who doesn’t want luxury?

It’s kinda funny how you can now buy a current pro Pixel and it costs less than the new OnePlus lol. The extra 15 layers of hands the devices pass through now are half that cost. Initially, they sold direct to the customer. When they ditched that..

By that point the computer will be in the power cable and you’ll have to buy a separate $1500 monitor for it to work right.

Reply to Google starts rolling out Memory and Energy Saver modes to latest Chrome release by Stiven_Crysis
Chrome was always the one I used throughout the years and I just got used to it always being kinda slow. When I got a MacBook I wanted to keep it as is so tried out Safari or whatever. Like I know it’s Apples own browser so it’s gonna work well on their stuff but like damn.. yeah I don’t use Chrome ever. It just boys down after like five tabs. Safari I have some tabs that were streaming video from two months ago and it still won’t go slow.

Helps keep animals out too. Like raccoons and skunks and rodents. Not fool-proof but better than broken windows.

I hope they put out some good options. I think almost everyone in America is almost now at the point where if they needed to buy a new car.. they’d probably go EV or at very least hybrid.

Reply to comment by chocomu in Help on how to mount old floating cabinet by chocomu
Make some like 3” wide furring strips that run the length and mount them on the wall where you wanna hang it. Use the clips as hangers maybe.. looks 1/2”-3/4”
Some 3/4” CDX furring strips would probably do the job well. MDF would work too probably. I mean it’s a single cabinet you’re not gonna be loading it down heavy I’d think.
