We live in a development in Belchertown and when a home goes on sale, it's rarely up for more than a month.
Last summer there was an open house here and there must have been 30 cars parked outside.

Look at the graph in the linked article at states gaining population and states losing population.
It's not a mystery.

According to the linked article, New York, California and Illinois lost the most population while Texas, Florida, and North Carolina gained the most.
Gee, there must be some reason for this.

Sure, the citizens of Massachusetts want more government but they want somebody else to pay for it.
They rationalized it by calling it a "fair share."

In 2003, Fetterman was sleeping on his mom's couch.

Maybe it's a little-known fact but go to the Park Ranger station and ask for a tour. A Park Ranger will drive your car around the battlefield, pointing out historic markers.
It's (relatively) cheap and it's like having a private tour.
I did it about 20 years ago and thought it was great. I assume they still do it.

Cool story about...Oz paying the taxes he owed.
Unlike Fetterman: "Senate candidate John Fetterman owed thousands in unpaid taxes, records show"
"BRADDOCK, Pa. —
Action News Investigates has learned that Braddock Mayor John Fetterman, a candidate for the U.S. Senate, has a history of unpaid taxes.
Court records show dozens of tax liens filed against Fetterman and an organization he leads."
Whoops!

You should combine this with your super-effective "crudite" campaign for certain success.
Have you thought about claiming Oz is from New Jersey? Try that!
