That is exactly how I was taught to make it.

It is rather annoying that very little information was reported on the young woman, Sydney, and how the young men's actions effected and will affect Sydney's day to day life until she can get the wheelchair repaired and/or replaced. But we sure did learn a lot about Carson and his hockey career as well as dad's position with an NHL team.

Thankfully I never had children so I do not have the pleasure of interacting with moms of PA.

Why do EZPass users need to provide the state with EZPass receipts, when the state has access to the EZPass system? As an EZPass user, I would prefer improved roadways over a refund.

Biker to me means motorcycles and crotch rockets, which typically move faster than most vehicles.

Let them go. They move faster and are generally not on their phones delaying traffic.

I worked for a couple UPMC Presbyterian ED doctors years ago and their research fellows. It was disturbingly shocking to see the research fellows' pagers go off when a patient meeting their research criteria presented to the ED. It was like flies on shit. People are nothing more than a possible medical study for UPMC.

I agree with your statement about UPMC but disagree about the surgeon. The article explains that the surgeon was known for performing three complex surgeries at one time. Ignorance about billing is not a defense. The surgeon performed three surgeries at one time, how did the surgeon expect to explain operative reports with the same operative times, by the same doctor. They all knew and will just be cleverer in how they bill in the future.

Unfortunately no and you wouldn’t have much luck in a small claims court. The toll is connected to the license plate, if the plate is registered to you, you are responsible for the tolls. You made the drive, knew the expense, and still drove roadways that included a toll, it sucks that your ex screwed you over. Just be careful PennDOT doesn’t issue a warrant for unpaid tolls.

Reply to Mushroom foraging by Caden_Smith324-
Typically, I forage for mushrooms in the woods by my house in Westmoreland County, on the CONSOL property in Washington County, Ohiopyle trails in Fayette County, and a couple state parks in the Laurel Highlands in Somerset County. Maybe try some of the parks like Marine State Park, North Park, South Park, or Boyce Park. I will be interested in other redditor's suggestions for mushroom foraging in Allegheny County.

Those roadways are better. I’ve driven in 45 of the 48 mainland states and PA has some of the worst roadways hands down. For crying out loud a pothole swallowed a bus 😳

Whomever performed the study and gave roadways a grade of only a C- has never driven the roadways east of Pittsburgh.

I loved voting via absentee ballot, while I was working a voting poll as a judge of election. But when my federal congressional representative spend the past couple of years and wasted taxpayer funds filing many, many lawsuits to try to overturn my legally cast ballot, I no longer trust Congress or the court system to uphold my right to vote via absentee ballot.

It won’t get lost, because I will be voting in person. I do not trust republicans to not try and throw out my vote, again, like they did in 2020. You see, in 2020 I had to vote via absentee ballot, because I was working as a judge of elections at a polling station in Westmoreland County. Because of the GOP’s attempt, and specifically my representative’s multiple attempts, to try to invalidate my legally cast ballot, I stopped working the polls so I could vote in person to make sure my vote can never be taken from me, or even threatened to be taken from me, ever again.

And now, since it is a legal way to vote, we have to be patient and wait about a week for results. All votes should be counted.

No you won’t because absentee and no excuse mail in ballots still need to be counted. Military personnel stationed abroad and ex pats vote via absentee. Their vote counts, too.

I'll vote in person, that way the GOP doesn't have a thing to bitch about; even though the GOP holds a majority in both the PA House and Senate and passed Act 77.

We never added vinegar but we would occasionally add relish and maybe real BBQ sauce if we could afford it (the 1980s were tough).
