Im not complaining I don’t qualify lol. Im pointing out that the debt leveraging the state is incentivizing on its citizens is 3 times more than what we are comfortable taking on in my family. We make a lot more and still won’t buy a house at that price range as its taking on more debt than its sensible

Lol at that price to income ratio. At my household we are looking to ideally buy a house around $500k ( below the limit) but we make over 3 times the household income limit. Cant imagine going into that much debt with those income numbers.

I’ve never expected the renewal to be picked up for a 4th season. Im happy for the 6 episodes we got, and will be flabbergasted if it does continue

Market sucks. We have a income of ~$300k and finding a good house, with no renovations needed in the <$600k range has been difficult.
Thankfully we are in no need to buy because we’ve found landlords that have been amazing, not raised rents and do preemptive maintenance few times a year.
We made an offer last year. $65k over asking and lost. Thr winning bid was like $40k under what we offered ($25k over asking) but they were willing to skip all inspections and give sellers an insane schedule for moving out. Like 3-6 months of free rent after closing until they found a house to move to. Yeah, we’re not gonna play that game.

Me and my wife have looked at houses in that range and they're honestly kinda shit or very far away. Renting for another year or so honestly is a pretty good decision at the moment

I am a “designer” of wind turbines and agree with all of this points. From an engineering and climactic point of view, they’re pretty fantastic for the environment.

Men that are "failing" are usually pretty pathetic to start with. They went from having 100% of the societal advantage to only like 80% and their solution is to kill themselves or become fascist. Sad, whiny babies.
