All major hospitals, FQHCs, CMHCs, specialty providers, PCP groups, etc. in RI take Medicaid, whether fee-for-service or managed care. There are plenty of waiver providers as well. Yes, there may be some access issues with certain provider types.

We have a full duals program here that you would likely qualify for, which provides fairly intense care coordination.

There is a lot of reform happening in the LTSS and HCBS spaces here aimed at increasing capacity and quality. Though I’m in tune with specifics.

I wish you the best in finding the resources you need.

The Met has some solid shows coming up with Neighbor, Perpetual Groove, Melvin Seals & JGB, and a bunch of random Dead cover bands. But yes, I agree. Lupos/Strand used to pull some good bands. Last jam show I saw there was Umphrey’s back in 2014.

Go for a hike in the winter. We have beautiful places all around that offer unique perspectives in the winter. If there’s snow, there’s nothing more peaceful than the sound of silence in the woods.

Having bought homes in Colorado (and sold) and Rhode Island in the last five years, they’re different beasts. The homes here can be significantly older and different setups that what you may be used to in CO. For example, our house in Thornton had the furnace in the attic, apparently that’s common out there, but was new to me.

Whatever you do, get an inspection and trust your gut!

Booked the Seacrest. Looks like a great place. We spent a week in Falmouth in February this year and had a blast. Granted, we stayed at Tommy’s Place which is like Disney World to a kid and only available to families like ours, i.e. have a child with a cancer.
