Please wait. Grass lawns are afwul for native plants and pollinators but if you can let it grow until June they will have a chance to get a head start. Also please try not to clean up old leaves, branches, etc until the weather warms up since there are many critters that use that shelter to overwinter and they have nowhere to go yet if displaced.

Many snack foods, sodas, etc in grocery stores are stocked by outside vendors. I'm not sure if Snyders is stocked by a Snyders vendor or the store's grocery dept but either way it is highly unusual to see a popular product that far out of date. Someone made a mistake at some point and if the store were aware the grocery team leader would catch shit from the store leader guaranteed. They get surprise 3rd party audits a few times a year and one out of date product would fail that department and have an effect on the department and store leaders' bonuses. They take out of date products very seriously. It's probably fine to eat though; there is no science to those dates at all.

Holy shit that is some horrible behavior. It's so sad that we still allow men like that do get away with treating women like garbage. I wish this story were more widely known so these assholes could be put out of business and in prison.

"The union revised that by specifically outlining the exact disciplinary action officers will face for certain violations."

Allowing the offenders to dictate their own punishment. Makes sense. Some day perhaps a city administration will stand up to these gangs but it's not going to be here and now, apparently.

Hah Rt 28 was practically the 1st road I ever drove on. Everyone used to learn to drive in the zoo parking lot and at my very first lesson with Will Rogers driving school the instructor had me drive around the lot for a while and then out onto Bulter, across the Highland Park bridge, and onto 28 north. The guy was nuts; he made me drive him to his mom's house in Oakmont (across the old Hulton Bridge - maybe the only thing scarier than 28) and then to Little's Shoes in Sq. Hill to pick up a pair of shoes he had ordered. I can't believe I still wanted to drive after that.
