Have you seen the house prices, interest rates, cost of material, labor rates for trade services? All of this has a direct impact on “market prices”. Landlords barely break even or have a small amount of positive cash flow when you add up all the bills. Supply and demand is the issue - not enough housing and too many people. The problem isn’t the landlords it’s the market and market conditions that drive price. Common sense.

Is it still the giant pile of round shitty boring chips with a pile of shit thrown on top like a blender made it. The quality and taste of their nachos has always been awful. I’m a nacho person and man these are the worst… I stopped ordering them after being disappointed every single time for years. The pile of chips without any topping underneath is the worst.

We have one that walks around during the day. I was about 8 feet from it - sick looking. Animal control does not do anything. Saw the news the other day 3 year old taken and beaten off by the father in California… makes you wonder.

All the people celebrating will someday realize it’s more government overreach and they will never see any value from their “$40”. Such a gen Z thing to not worry about money but complain about debt. People are begging for more taxes. Tax me more please! Fools.

Parks look good - no need for more taxes during raging inflation. Even better we don’t need more taxes period. Anyone who thinks this doesn’t get passed down to renters is out of their mind. City gets enough tax money - make better decisions.
