Honestly I just did a back and forth switch between OP's photo and the Pantone colors from the Geekhack IC thread. And it's very close and I'm having trouble telling them apart. (Alpha's are meant to be 7698C)

The tiniest shift in lighting to cool white would make them bang on identical in my opinion.

Honestly I was keen on this set from the beginning, but I am still kinda on the fence.

One thing which might sound a bit unfair though. Any chance of 2x 3u spacebar kit as a discord only special order?? It would make it fully compatible with an upcoming GB keyboard I have been following...

Haha good to see that "No, it's just a great hobby" has the most votes at 65 currently.

I don't think I am particularly addicted either. I joined a few cheaper Group Buy's for keycaps last year and finally some are getting delivered. But I quickly stopped and was still conscious of my spending.

Also I have passed on nearly 10 Group Buy keyboards, because either they are too similar to what I already have or just not worth it to me for what they offered.

I am currently saving up so the actual GB keyboards that are still in IC stage and I am really keen on don't put me on my ass. I am expecting them to end up being close to $1k so a single keyboard will already be enough of a hit.

I have been enjoying myself in the meantime with the budget range of things though. Purchased a Q6 by Keychron earlier this year, then a PC66 by Vortex keyboards recently and have my share of in-stock keycap sets.
