Not sure if that was an insult or incorrect usage. What horrible people.

I moved 40 minutes north into suburbia and have already seen it happen 2x this year, even in this closed loop housing plan. People just do not give a F anymore.

I thought of that show too and now I’m sad. It was so interesting before the 2nd season hatchet job. I can’t believe they tapped Ridley Scott to make and then abandoned it like that. Dude is 80, making the last of his projects and they waste his time and vision and disrespect him like that?!?
HBO is now discovery channel and you can totally tell. Cheap ass Liars. Now I’ll never know what that ancient musical robot Father grew out of Elmer’s glue and flowering plants was all about. Argh.
People, get rid of HBO. They are selling their shows to be cut up and commercialized, so that you can’t access them without the ads. And they are adding the discovery channel catalog of garbage “reality” TV to HBO instead. We already cancelled you, cable. Do you really think we’re this stupid? Fuck HBO.

Quit licking the boot. If drug companies were forced to use ethics and didn’t exist to gouge instead of treat/heal, generics wouldn’t be necessary. Since they refuse to change and the govt refuses to act this is going to be the outcome. People will die, it will be unacceptable, and eventually we’ll get to manufacture the drugs here. This is all just slowing down the inevitable progress that NEEDS to happen if we want our country to be a viable 1st world country to live in. Quit trying to slow it down with them. Pharma doesn’t need your saliva it has cash.

My dad had a large hand in turning Lawrenceville around and it took decades. If you’re foolish enough to believe revitalizing Braddock is the job of 1 man, then why haven’t you stepped up yet? Too lazy and inept? :p

That’s disheartening :/ I thought you could actually escape, but in the case of a real emergency it’s just a trick death trap. Typical.

I moved to the north hills from the city. We got take out from Chengdu’s squirrel hill location all the time. It’s delicious. I’ll have to go to the new location and show my support. Where are the bad reviews? I don’t have Facebook (I deactivated and deleted my account in protest 6 years ago) so I can’t leave any reviews there.
I think you’re right about the Karens. They heard that this was delicious authentic Chinese food and just want to be jerks because they prefer mall food court Chinese to Sichuan. They like being served samples on a stick, not trying suspicious new things.
Before the new location opened I read they added some more suburban options to appease these kind of people, I guess it didn’t work.

I left my job as a photojournalist back in 2008 when the tribune review shut down gateway news. There was nothing else to do. I sure wasted a lot of money on a career that didn’t exist 3 years later.

Ah. Thanks for making it known. They obviously don’t care about their customers, workers, their service or their products. Why support them?
