If by "same pathetic outcome" you mean asking for a recommendation doesn't change the current civil and political state of our nation... I guess it would be cool if my question brought peace and harmony to the world. Just feels like a lot to expect from one question about buying jewelry.

I'm looking for the same thing. Most of the ones we've talked to ended up being over confident handymen that did more damage than good.
