good for beginners I guess, but just looking through they didn't actually optimize based on studies for each muscle, they put large compound movements which hit many muscles at the top of each list. so tread with care on this and definitely don't base your workout on targeting single muscles unless you're an advanced bodybuilder targeting a lagging muscle, in which case you don't need this because you already know what works best for your body and what works in general... so yeah, cool but not that good or useful tbh

not 100% sure how much it costs or if you have to tip, but women love the old horse and buggy rides. if its nice out, consider it. guessing it should be $60-70 for a 30 min ride or something like that. then go out to eat somewhere decent, hit some free museums or events

we also need... mods to do stuff here

I want to start a legit science sub soon, where scientists discuss papers in depth and only direct links to studies are allowed with original titles

its a college town but its always being built up. has a slight hood area, kind of shitty food compared to the rest of NJ which doesn't really make sense but it kind of does because again its a college town. NJ has incredibly good food all around then its just meh there. there are tons of little towns with trains to NYC around the area too you could live. if you have to be in office every day, I'd just choose to live closer to your office and to take a train or drive to the city on weekends. you'll spend way more time in a car driving back and forth than on a train once a week
