Cut this down to 3 sentences and not 3 paragraphs and you've got a good ELI5.

A person has been charged with a crime ad should be put on trial. The indictment is different from other situations where someone is charged because a grand jury, not the police or local government attorneys, have decided the evidence warrant the charge.

A lot (most? all?) of the more recently renovated houses have sealed brick, and I haven't heard of too much trouble in that case (although unsealed obviously is not an option).

Also, how much insulation does plaster actually provide? And I haven't heard anyone, in any of the historic homes, complain about sounds or smells. Maybe the newish ones.

To add, even if it has been renovated in the last 30 years, be diligent about whether the work was DIY, professional but not to code (or just weird generally), or high quality professional. My house is actually kind of a mix, so it's not always the same throughout.

I put a class together for exactly this last semester. Most students were pretty happy but one thought it would be better for me to have taught Photoshop haha. (There's already a class for this)

OP is clearly looking for a way to make an effort to take their dog somewhere. The small dog park is also for older dogs, so it's not uncommon to see other sizes there. It doesnt make it other people's responsibility, it's still OP that needs to say to be vigilant and say to someone walking in, "give me a minute I'm going to leash and take my dog out" in addition to trying to be there during quiet hours.

Not saying this is wrong, but the opposite can sometimes help. Speaking your goal outwardly and telling people can help you commit to it, and avoid saying why it didn't work. Possibly even proving some people wrong.

Still, I agree with you because this is not always the case. Plenty of things I want to do for myself, other things some people just don't care about, so why bring it up.

2 questions: first, is nicotine inherently harmful? Second, a light smoker is considered someone who smokes less than 10 per day, is there research on people who smoke even less than this, e.g. "socially?"
