A lot (most? all?) of the more recently renovated houses have sealed brick, and I haven't heard of too much trouble in that case (although unsealed obviously is not an option).
Also, how much insulation does plaster actually provide? And I haven't heard anyone, in any of the historic homes, complain about sounds or smells. Maybe the newish ones.

To add, even if it has been renovated in the last 30 years, be diligent about whether the work was DIY, professional but not to code (or just weird generally), or high quality professional. My house is actually kind of a mix, so it's not always the same throughout.

Hopefully some of the below jogs your memory:
Sometimes they want to say brownstone but that's not right. Townhouse isn't right either. It's not usually semi-detached. Here's a good read on the history: https://wanderwisdom.com/travel-destinations/Row-HouseTheHistoryofBaltimoreRowhouses
Good luck let us know

It's confusing, you need to make sure you choose the right starting station and final destination, not all lines stop at all places. Check the specific line that goes from here to there.

Make sure to let the older big dog owners know that before they walk in, like the ones I saw today. I was just trying to help someone who needed a temporary solution.

OP is clearly looking for a way to make an effort to take their dog somewhere. The small dog park is also for older dogs, so it's not uncommon to see other sizes there. It doesnt make it other people's responsibility, it's still OP that needs to say to be vigilant and say to someone walking in, "give me a minute I'm going to leash and take my dog out" in addition to trying to be there during quiet hours.

The point was to find a place for the dog to be alone, size is irrelevant if there's nobody else there

Canton dog park can be empty, especially the small dog area. Bark Social small dog area is also often deserted, but you should speak with them about that.

Not saying this is wrong, but the opposite can sometimes help. Speaking your goal outwardly and telling people can help you commit to it, and avoid saying why it didn't work. Possibly even proving some people wrong.
Still, I agree with you because this is not always the case. Plenty of things I want to do for myself, other things some people just don't care about, so why bring it up.

I saw Death to Smootchie in a theater in Florida around lots of older people. A few walked out, others were complaining as they left at the end.
Eventually I found out that people thought it was bad, I didn't hate it. Maybe I'll rewatch it again soon.

Nobody has even mentioned how digital currency makes it easier for "un-banked" people to store and use money. Checking and Savings accounts can be near impossible for some people to obtain, but digital currencies can make it easier to pay for things that usual require a bank account.

2 questions: first, is nicotine inherently harmful? Second, a light smoker is considered someone who smokes less than 10 per day, is there research on people who smoke even less than this, e.g. "socially?"

Reply to comment by skaliton in eli5 What does “indicted” mean? by jcw10489
Cut this down to 3 sentences and not 3 paragraphs and you've got a good ELI5.
A person has been charged with a crime ad should be put on trial. The indictment is different from other situations where someone is charged because a grand jury, not the police or local government attorneys, have decided the evidence warrant the charge.
