5 hours? I could go to Austin from Dallas and back and by the time you get to work I will be an hour out from Dallas. Are there no other employment opportunities in your area?

It’s possible, but how much bigger could it get.
He did however masterbate constantly/chronically so I wonder if that had anything to do with it.

Run the water from the bathroom sink to drown out the noise from urination. Like when you workout other areas of your body (chest, biceps, quads, etc) it will take time to make progress.

Good call, I would hate for someone to think the way they did the exercise is to constantly stop mid stream.

The latter is having to constantly go to the restroom. An example for me was my college roommate and I were the exact opposite in this regard. While I had to get up 3 times a night to use the restroom (more if I was eating clean and drinking a lot of water). He could sleep through the entire night and then release gallons when he went to the restroom. We used to call him The Camel because of this.

unsure what you mean here? When a man completes Kegel exercises it helps him prevent erectile dysfunction. I don't know how this would be the woman's fault.

If I ever experience any of those symptoms I'll definitely see a proctologist or a PVT. I'll be the youngest one in there by 20 years :D.

I think you're missing the point as nowhere does it state that this is an activity for only those that are out of shape or for people who don't exercise.

If you do suffer from this then I recommend engaging a proctologist to see what the issue is and how do you resolve it. He will probably recommend taking these actions.

If you do anything excessively it can lead to issues. I once pushed myself way too hard doing dumbbell presses and I tore my rotator cuff. I was in pain for weeks until it healed. However the probability of injuring yourself by doing this exercise 3 times a day (10 reps each for a total of 30 per day) is minuscule as this exercise is uniformly endorsed across the board as a health benefit.
