I would go up in the summer in college because my friend went to Gannon and stayed in the summer. Going to the beach was fun. That was in the mid 90’s and haven’t been since. It snows a lot, I know that. I’m not itching to go back.

Marked safe from egg prices. Flax seed prices are pretty stable.

You pay the same amount 12 months a year. The extra you pay in the summer offsets the higher prices you would otherwise incur in the winter. You might be paying $120 in July when it would otherwise be $20, but you’re still paying $120 in January when it would otherwise be $400.

It never occurs to them that they could have power if they supported policies that supported and were popular among their constituents. No, they insist on being anti-democratic, fascist nut jobs.

I did a shop and deliver of a single rice crispy treat to Beltzhoover. It was 1.5 miles for $7.50, so I didn’t think twice until I got near the drop off and then to the residence. I started to question who orders a single rice crispy treat without an ulterior motive? Nothing happened and they tipped me. I guess sometimes you just want a rice crispy treat and you just happen to live in a not so great neighborhood.

I use them for coverage. I also have the gas line and indoor plumbing coverage. We actually had an interior sewer line clog and had a plumber fix it. I didn’t realize it would have been covered. The plumber told us they do work through them and I should called American water resources first because it would only have been $50. It does seem worth it for sure.

Do the restaurants at the turnpike plazas count as 1 or individually?

My county is one of the 3000+ and it’s still a struggle compared to NYC.

I’m a Carlow alum and work in my field of study. I feel like I got a solid education. Both schools are probably pretty comparable. Go with the one that costs you less.

They tell you the cross streets for where it’s going and show a map of the route, but if where it’s going is really far, it doesn’t fit on the map. I decline those. I ended up in Emsworth once.

I deliver for Uber eats and for a nanosecond I considered doing this to pick up an order early last week. I decided not to be a jag, sucked it up, and parked many blocks away. But, I declined all orders originating from the Strip for the remainder of the week.

It was too hot for a few days, but it’s pretty tolerable overall. I couldn’t live like that all the time. I couldn’t live in the South, but for a week or two total, it’s fine.

I have 2, but we never even put one of them in this year. It’s so big and heavy we never felt like it. It gets cool enough at night that I sleep with fans fine.

What's the long term water situation in Phoenix? My understanding is that it's getting scarce.

That's within $10 of my monthly mortgage, but, it's an old house that needed a shit ton of work when we bought it and there is no AC. Some people wouldn't be into that. I like it though.

I drive from Bridgeville to Oakland today and I was amazed how much less snow there was as soon as I emerged from the tunnel. The grass was nicely covered in the South hills but the city was significantly less.
