I was always hoping they'd replace them but gave up on it when I saw where it sat on the people who owned the property's priorities considering what other developments they owned throughout New England, especially those newer ones by the mall.

no prob, not trying to be a negative nelly, and I get that experiences may vary, but there are a lot more issues I had I didn't list because it wasn't worth going into.

I would not recommend it. Lived there 5 years and here's why:

Parking is tight because the parking lot is striped improperly. This causes your neighbors to occasionally park over the lines and you may be out of a spot because of this. Guest parking spots are rarely adhered to.

I get that staff might be different now, but at the time I lived there if something broke in your apartment Maintenance would at first imply it was something you did. They installed the incorrect HVAC units in most apartments and they're loud, your heater will sound like the gates of hell opening when it kicks on in the winter, hope you have a loud TV. Had a black mold problem because they didn't clean the gutters...ever...

Mineral Spring Ave is the worst, I hope you don't need to get anywhere that way. You'll spend a lot of time ducking onto side routes just to avoid it.

Hope you don't like food delivery, 9/10 I had to guide the Grub Hub/Door Dash drivers to my building because at the time nothing was labeled or a sign posted as to where each building sat on the long property. I even had 2 drivers give up because I wouldn't drive from the back of the complex to meet them at building 1. That's not delivery, that's pickup.

The Gym and pool are ok as long as the other residents aren't bringing in over the amount of allowed guests, which seems to be the regular.

To the few positives: The gym is decent and has more equipment than most other complexes I've been too, the appliances are a lot more modern than other places I've been too.

See them all the time on the Blackstone Valley Bike Path. Saw one yesterday in Lincoln between Martin Street and 123 along the riverside. It was a weird spot because usually I see them at the Albion falls

You're going to need a time machine to find an apartment for that much anywhere in the state.

You may want to check other communities like Attleboro, Fall River,, but I think you're going to have a hard time finding anything in New England for that amount for a while.

You could leave it in the woods at wolf Hill forest preserve so hikers can wonder why there's a boat in the middle of the woods and have to come to Reddit for answers...

If you bought them from tire rack, they should have a list of shops that will install them for you.

If you're talking reporters they seem to cycle out after 2 years, assuming they're contracted and working thru the Nexstar system

I'm not ruling that out, but if they sold out the lounge they could've moved it into the main room, which if we're being honest it was pretty cramped in the lounge that night

and by the way, 'Heavy Pendulum' is amazing.

Wonder why they don't book more stuff there, unless it's just getting heads in the door. For example, I saw Cave In there last July, they put them in the lounge, but they played royale and the Sinclair in Boston in 21 and December 22 and sold both out.

I should probably also note some bands may have radius clauses and no competes if they play Boston which is why they'd skip PVD on a tour or 2.

I would assume it's more ownership. Same with Fete. If these venues sit outside the livenation system, they're going to get skipped. You also have to take into account the amount of venues in Boston have increased dramatically. To my understanding AEG and other promoters like Bowery Presents don't have agreements in Providence.

And we're also kind of a smaller market. Like a C/D level market.

And sadly they do. Just remember, they wouldn't charge those prices if there weren't chumps that would actually pay them.

it seems like a lot of the "Luxury" apartments are pretty high right now, but the prices seem to be dropping. A few of the places I've looked at state the price shifts "due to the market" or whatever that means.

I only found out recently about it, but last fall I actually made it up that way via Canal Street just by following signs but had now idea that connected at the time. although it does split off around 146 so you have to get creative crossing there, but once you do it connects over to the airline. I will warn that northern section is rough

You may want to also try the Blackstone River Bikeway, there isn't a lot of common roads crossed compared to East Bay and Washington secondary, so better cruising. I bike this on the regular, it's all paved(unless you opt for the few small detours along the way).

If you're into unpaved dirt, I find the Airline Trail in CT to be a great challenge. It's not too far over the border depending where you catch it. I do this one on occasion, but sometimes there's horses, but far less people than the other paths

Glad to see I'm not the only one that had issues at Tasca in Cranston. Everything was longer than it should be. Their appointment system wasn't accurate and made it seem like it was our problem. One time I had it in for a warranty transmission repair and they broke the starter. Sure they replaced it for free but still.

The worsye part was when I gave them my car to their collision shop. A month a half of battling to get them to finish it. I swore them off and added them to the never again list and bought a different vehicle from somewhere else.

One of the worst laid out entrance/exit ramps I've ever seen. Every day driving to work is agony on this thing, no matter what time you hit it

It's considered a luxury amenity. I know some apartments are like "washer and dryer hookup" like who's going 1 bedroom apartment to apartment hauling a washer and dryer around with them?

I used to alternate car washes each week to get quarters to do my wash. Like landlord could've also gotten a dollar bill changer but nah. Moved into a laundry in apartment deal and never looked back
