I agree. We should be able to repair ourselves with no repercussions. Now I have a phone that doesn’t have Face ID 😑

Yeah it’s not an 11 or later tho. It’s a 10. Although I am not a professional tech but I’ve done it on older iPhones. I’ll try to call them

If I buy https://www.ebay.com/itm/275697254386?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=_uhzhw0WSK6&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=grdolheetna&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY and install, will it fix the face id? It’s just weird it let me set it up in settings.

I have heard about that but it seems like the original screen because it’s got some signs of use so it hasn’t been replaced. Could there be Any other possible reason? (I’m probably wrong it’s probably replaced you’re right)
