My dad hates Apple products from PCs to their phones but he likes Apple music for their lossless and dolby atmos music. So he has an apple TV that he uses for music

Just out of curiosity, does he have a device that will actually output this sound? LG phones had Quad DAC but you still needed a good music app and output device

Uses his PC and his Samsung Phone. He also has a Small USBc DAC

Tidal isn't available worldwide, and Spotify Hi-fi doesn't exists.
