While I agree that she thinks she's above the law and needs to be surveilled, suspended drivers license often allows for necessary driving (to-from work).

She hasn't used that spot this whole time out of fear of vandalism. They absolutely should remove the sign and give the spot to anyone else. She 100% will be able to expense her ride share/ and be given rides to any work obligations all that tax payer dime.
