As a reminder, the First Amendment states:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech..."

So, unless Congress is responsible for passing legislation that is de-platforming people, then your issue is with private companies.

None are “owned” by the Gov but colluding with big tech platforms to censor speech is pretty much the same thing.
