Moved here recently from Concord and so far the only bar I’ve been to here is Thirsty Moose, which I liked but I’m wanting to check out other places.

The Goat is fun but super overpriced drinks
It's worth checking out the puritan for the mudslides. It's not really a bar and people have mixed opinions.
I had a good time and it was worth going to. I'll probably go again for an event.
I really liked Candia brewing. Great atmosphere in the winter. They have a fireplace and it's very cozy.
I’ve been to Puritan before and I thought it was a bit overrated, though I didn’t try a mudslide when I went
Think TGI Fridays premixed mudslides from a bottle.
Strange Brew is worth a visit for sure.
I always drink some harp at the shaskeen.

Solid list right here. I've heard good things about To Share Brewing as well.
Shoppers Pub, Crown Tavern
Okay I did not realize that, I won’t be going there anymore
Shaskeen, Strangebrew, Industry East, 815, Shopper’s, City Hall Pub, To Share Brewing, Candia Road Brewing
Mike’s Pub and Grub.
Don’t hate. But my bar hangout is Stark Tavern. Upscale dive bar. Decent food. Mostly bad beer. Stick to the Oatmeal Stout. It’s killer. Great bar food!
Are you serious? You can pretty much hit every bar in Manchester in an evening … get out there and make your own drunken decisions.
Wild Rover is my favorite Irish pub. Firefly is a sold gastro pub. If you want divey, heavy pours and decent live music check out the Derryfield.
If you think anyone can "hit every bar in Manchester in an evening", you don't know of many of the bars in Manchester.
Also, Manchester has many great "private clubs" which are basically bars for members. Until you're in town and get to know people you won't get into these.

Strange brew
🙄 ok, pal. You clearly don’t know who you are talking to; or what you are talking about.
Candia Road Brewing is my favorite bar in NH, not just Manchester. Beer is great, atmosphere is cozy, and I love the food. The guys behind the bar are all nice too!
And they serve up some bad ass fun bar food with awesome vegan options. Shockingly good.
The tap in Belmont /s
The Flight Center on South Willow is good and has a “speakeasy” on one half.
Every time I get food I’m like — “It’s one dude in a 5x5 kitchenette how can it be this good?!”
Maybe if you only stay on or near Elm st....
The Foundry has an awesome bar and they have happy hour on weeknights.
Do you and bigfoot go to the bars in manch together
If you like Irish pubs you've gotta check out the Peddler's Daughter in Nashua and Haverhill, MA.
Use to frequent the one in Haverhill. Great joint
i always go to hopknot and have a great time. They usually have a ton of different unique beers on tap.
Not to hijack the thread, but has anyone been to Backyard Brewery? It seems promising.
Yeah that uses to be Millie’s Tavern… beer tastes like the smell of burnt plastic. Food is good though.
Yup. I still call it Millys.
The private clubs are where its at
