Maybe I’ll finally get service in east falls. I don’t know how I can be 5 miles from the center of one of the nations biggest cities and not be able to use my phone without wifi

is this FiOS related or Verizon wireless related? I dont think FiOS uses the "America's most reliable network" slogan?

Wonder if they already started this yesterday. When I got home from work, the wifi wasn't working and I had to reboot the wifi router to get it back on. That's not happened before. Of course it could be an issue with the router, but now I wonder if it was just some interruption of service (at any time earlier in the day) that upset the router.

I'd maybe hit them up via chat for a reset or something, tell them your issues. I'm in EF and walk my dog several miles a day all around the neighborhood, haven't encountered any dead zones (although I'm not one of those people buried in my phone the whole walk, I do take it out occasionally to check/respond to messages).

FIOS was down for roundabouts an hour last nite/this morning from around midnight until around 1 am.

Also don’t be fooled by the people coming around asking for your account number to send you a gift card. I had a girl come to my door the other day doing that shit, she had a badge and a Verizon jacket. The badge looked a little janky so we called Verizon after I sent her away and come to find out i was right and it was a scam.

Eh, starlink is really helpful to Ukraine so I'm fine spending money on it.

Especially when the other options are Bright speed (fmr CenturyLink) and some 4g wireless from some religious company.
