Future Timeline, which has one of the most conservatives timeline of events imo, predicts we'll be able to stop aging by 2065, without the Singularity. If you add the AGI/ASI factor to it, I would say it could be available by the 2040's.

Millions in 2040. Affordable in 2045-50 with life extension technology and cures for many diseases made available within 2030s, (which will also increase lifespan a fraction, as people who would have died early wont.)

Agree with this timeline. Maybe 5-10 years later but basically yeah, the 2040s are where the truly mindblowing action is gonna be.
