I'm wondering about Severance season 2's release. Last I knew, they were still writing it. I'm sure they can film fairly quickly since a lot of the show is interior shots throughout like 4 rooms.
I just don't know if they'll make it in time for a 2023 release.

I really doubt it will be a 2023 release . They're filming 'till May '23 , considering post I'll expect a winter release , something like Jan-Feb '24 honestly

See, the thing I don't get is that a network used to have 22-episode seasons of multple shows ready to go each and every fall, and now it's often years between ten episode "seasons," FFS.

The Last of Us, True Detective: Night Country, Succession season 4, Barry season 4, The Righteous Gemstones season 3, and Yellowjackets season 2.
The two though that I am probably the most excited for are Justified: City Primeval and Fargo season 5.

Either Adventure Time with Fionna and Cake or Clone High if either ends up coming out in 2023; I would guess at least one of the two probably will if not both. (Hopefully Clone High is even still happening at all; I don't think there's been any actual confirmation since HBO Max started scrapping stuff...)

Secret Invasion is at the top of people’s list? It looks like a faux mystery. Good cast though, and actually has some physicality to it. It doesn’t look fake.
Don’t see it being in the realm of Severance or The Last of Us though. Fielder’s next show sounds great. Chan-wook is supposed to do a HBO show with Downey. Villeneuve too, but idk now.
