The sales were middling at best despite it being an excellent game, so it definitely is underrated in a way
Maybe niche would be a better word though

5 was closer to 6-8 in terms of quality than to 1-4
It had some cool moments but the quality of plot, writing and dialogue took a tumble there

If you consider this a spoiler then you should just avoid clicking anything that has “The Last of Us” in the title

Assassin's Creed doesn't have any characters as compelling as Joel and Ellie, and the story is a several tiers worse.
>Second, the Assassin's Creed series is known for its historical settings, which would provide a rich and diverse canvas for a TV show. From ancient Egypt to Renaissance Italy, the games have explored a wide range of historical periods and cultures. This would allow a TV show to explore different eras and civilizations, providing a unique and engaging viewing experience.
This sounds good, but won't look good when you have to build so many completely different sets

Reply to Are you shocked they never did a House spinoff with Chase being the new House and Foreman being the new Cuddy? I'm sure everyone would've liked the paycheck and FOX could've had a big show with how young the cast was at the time. by herewego199209
House overstayed its welcome by the end of the run and the show would not function without House/Hugh Laurie

True, but it’s more applicable to productions meant for the British market (especially noticeable in shows about teenagers). But the prestige shows meant for an international audience are quite Americanised in this aspect

Actors in general are much more attractive than people in real life

Well deserved, their final conversation post divorce was one of the highlight of the entire series despite this season being slightly weaker than 1-4

He only got one Emmy nomination too, total snub
And no disrespect to James Spader but that award should’ve been McShane’s

I'm shocked no one has mentioned it yet, the Pilot could just be a very good short movie

One of my gripes with Season 1 is that it’s clearly written with the idea of taking a side.
Rhaenyra is the hero of the story and the Greens are straight up villainous

Season 5 and 6 had some jarring moments and the quality fell off compared to Seasons 1-4 but as a whole it was still enjoyable TV
Seasons 7 and 8 are borderline unwatchable

I'm still enjoying it but it feels directionless. Seasons 1-2 had a heavy adventure of the week vibe but the entire thing was still held together by the overarching quest to find Grogu a home.
Ever since Mando returned him to Luke it seems like they had no idea what to do next and now it's just random things happening
