So you act like land lords do nothing. Who do.you think pays the mortgage when the tenants don't. Who pays the mortgage when the tenants trash the house? Who pays to fix a trashed house? I know a few landlords that work a lot and pay a lot of people to do.work. You can fix your credit score. Pay your bills on time and live with a budget. Try the Dave Ramsey course. People have low credit scores as a result.of not paying their bills on time. Its pretty simple.

Sounds like you can stomach retail. A lot of retailers hire assistant managers and pay 38k or more. I did it for years..its tough work, but reliable and steady.

McDonald's has never been a living wage job. Want to earn more money, get a new skill or a better job. Entry level, low skill jobs aren't jobs that can pay a living wage. Force an employer to pay $20 for McDonald's help and they will make machines to do the work instead of paying people with limited skills to do the job. It actually hurts people with a basic / limited skill set.

There's been studies that have shown a $50 fine was the difference between staying homeless and becoming wealthy for about 85% of homeless people. You act like the judge is going to hand out the max punishment for the first offense... lol.. gimme a break and quit being a drama queen.

I'm guessing you don't own a business w that remark, which is fine. I have a business and a lot of revenue and have no cash, so believe it or not, people you look at and think shit, that guy is rolling in it.... it's not always the case. There's absolutely no excuse for him to not pay this immediately. Unless this is some strategy to get some press, but that would be a foolish approach imo.
