As long as he's consistent you know what to expect from a product based on his opinion. If you know what he likes and you know what you like you should still be able to make an educated guess based on those.

It's a cable. It cables good. 1.4m long and comes with a 2.5, 3.5 or 4.4mm plug. It is one of the cables of all time.

I've read lots of stories about the HE6se V2. It has (or had) some major QA issues with the glue holding the magnets. Even seen people had to return it several times till they got one that wasn't broken. I'm sure most of them are fine tho, but the amount of stories I've heard is somewhat concerning.

The HE6se V2 is a killer headphone for the sale price if you have the amplification and get lucky with a pair that doesn't arrive with loose magnets stuck to the diaphragm.

"But look at all these features!" isn't an excuse for a bad UI. I'll gladly take features over UX any day since most of the time you can just simply get used to it, but that's not gonna stop me from bashing how terrible something looks.
