i dont understand the hate, its apple, its overpriced, but you get average/decent sound + spatial audio, AMAZING noise cancelling, really good transparency and its wireless, and its cheaper than focal bathys. Depending on OP's use case, these are superior in every way except for sound

the only noticeable difference in sound for amps and dacs is when you pass the 300-500 dollar minimum, where companies actually start to make their own things rather than source the same akm/ess chip and put a knob on it
