That's the defining element of the Law & Order franchise. Traditionally promoted as being "ripped from the headlines". Much like Dragnet was notable for being based on true stories.
It's just the lurid fascination viewers have with something being "based on a true story". That's it.

If they refuse to recognize it, then they are free to meet me on the list and settle this like men of honor.

Or you can pay any number of SCAdians like $50 to get a coat of arms worked out and described in proper heraldic language.

Because they buried the release.
That's getting worse and worse when something will get picked up by one particular streaming service. At least when a film only got a release in a handful of theaters for two weeks it could pick up a following on video. Now they're stuck on some niche service to die. Even if you're interested, most people are subscribing just for one thing. So that further hurts the word of mouth that cult hits need to propagate.

The smart move would be to travel as part of the advance team. If you're going to get sick, do so early on so you'll hopefully be over it and unlikely to have a recurrence once you move into production with everyone on site.

Samuel L. Jackson.
Although Kevin Pollak (66) is also almost the same age Jack Lemmon was (68) when he made the first film.
I'd also be down for a Patrick Stewart/Ian McKellen version. A British take on it would be an interesting element that would help to reinvigorate the material as well.

Jon Hamm does a ton of comedic roles along with dramedies. It's to the point that it often seems like he prefers it to dramatic roles.

And he missed out on all that delicious North African cuisine as a result. I'd rather take my chances of getting dysentery.

He was based on real-world Baltimore homicide detective John Landsman.
It's weird that he carried over such a specific character from the very grounded, realistic Homicide over to generic procedural Law & Order.

That's common at many taquerias. It's usually referred to as "mojado" or "wet". They make a burrito as normal, then cover it with enchilada sauce, cheese, and stick it under the broiler for a sec to melt it. It's like a buck or two upgrade for any burrito.

I'll wade into that a bit. Part of the difference is down to the fillings. If you're making a Mission-style burrito with beans and rice, that wouldn't go in an enchilada.
Wrapping also plays a role. Enchiladas are typically made with corn tortillas while burritos are almost without exception flour. I make enchiladas with flour myself, but corn is still the more traditional version.
