One of my best friends is a lesbian, I fell for her before I knew but now i do, I don't feel rejected. What stays with me is that she was that lovely a person who to me without wanting anything from me.

I've got straight female friends where we have zero sexual tension too though, seeing them naked would be like walking in on my sister or cousin. That connection is definitely separate from sex to me, I've always been dragged away from a party or event by someone I just met because I was too dense to get the hint rather than relationships.

That's the thing... I lived in a rural area that was culture wise, years behind cities, we mostly got drunk outside at 15 or went camping rather than anything online, MSN was new and had 2 player minesweeper. Hardly anyone was a "gamer"... Doing something like that in an innocent way would get someone made fun of for a bit, then they would see why it was creepy. The ones that took to blaming everyone else became pariahs.

Now, that will happen and reddit will pounce on a 15 year old, incels etc find comfort in warping other people. Tell them it's the girls fault for being creeped out, the friends fault for being too uncultured to understand hentai, they provide a sense of company. They aren't waiting to "accidentally" bump into someone after school, they are doing it online where they can reinforce the victim mentality.

Once someone's whole life is other creeps online it's too late. I once tried to "deprogram" an incel, I thought I was making progress but all I was actually doing was teach him how to hide the predatory cues he gave off.

Reddit is filled with creeps who want company in their lonelyness. You're young enough to not join them. If you're this mortified about giving her the sticker, you must know how it looks and seems to her. This can either become an embarrassing story you end up telling on a date or something that you let define you and make you bitter towards women.

I say that as an atheist who thinks sex work is work and deserves the same status and Rights as any other I'm not a religious prude or morally against sex. The hentai stuff is creepy though, a guy in my class had a magazine with a very young looking woman and a tentacle monster, 20 years on if I say "I saw creepy (guys name) in the garage" to a school friend, they know exactly who I mean, even if they were a different year. What was funny to him, and only him as a teenager means adult women still recoil and shudder now.
